Fish Borscht Feast in the Danube Delta - Crișan
From September 10-11, all gourmets and gourmands are invited to a traditional fish borscht. The town hall of Crișan commune, the Crișan Local Council and the Danube Delta Association organize, in the center of Crișan locality, in the heart of the delta, the “Feast of the Fish Borscht from the Danube Delta”. The event is intended for both tourists and locals and aims to capitalize on the gastronomic and cultural traditions of the Danube Delta.

During the two days of the Danube Delta Fish Borscht Festival, gastronomic presentations will take place, as well as cooking competitions between tourists staying in the locality. Also, numerous artistic moments specific to the ensembles of the ethnic groups that coexist in the Danube Delta will be presented.
